ultrasound date

I made an appointment on Monday for August 10th for my ultrasound date!! Yeah!!! Two more weeks, but I've waited this long, what's 2 more weeks?

I can't wait to see this little baby and find out what it is so we can stop calling it "IT" and a name and I can start buying clothes for my baby!! Finally!! Jordan is sooo excited too, he asks me EVERY DAY, mom are we gonna see the baby NOW!?? :)

At home gender test

So I read in one my baby magazines about a at home gender test that can tell you your babys gender as soon as 10 weeks along!! I looked it up online and it said it was proven 82% accurate!! I went to my local walgreens and got it!! It was only $29.99 and I found a $3.00 off coupon!! The results....
We are having a GIRL!!! :)
We will find out for sure in couple of weeks, but it was fun to see at home!!!

17 1/2 weeks

I have my next OB App. on the 25th and Dr. Schlosser said hes going to set up my ulrasound for the following week!! That means only 2 1/2 weeks more!!! I am so excited!!! I can't wait to find out if we're gonna be buying pink or blue!!! Now lets just hope this baby will let us know what it is!!! hahaha Either way I love it soooo much already!! I have a feeling it's a girl, and Jesse thinks it's a boy!! We will see!!!

Fetal development in pregnancy week 16:

fetus in fourth month Over the past three weeks your astounding growing baby has managed to stretch yet another 2 full inches (totaling about 4.5 inches) and weighs around 3.5 ounces. For starters, their head to body ratio is finally starting to even out a bit as the rest of the body is actually growing faster than the head at this point. Yes, your little light bulb is not so top-heavy. Their adorable little limbs have lengthened, almost reaching their normal proportions which they will have at birth. Their eyes are still closed but moving and if you had an ultrasound, which many doctors recommend you have at about this time, you may even see your little one sucking on a thumb, not to mention the necessary signifiers to let you know whether you’ve got a wee lad or lassie.
